Atlanta, We're Here!

This past weekend marked a historic moment for Dear Black Girl—our official launch in Atlanta! What began as a vision to create safe spaces for healing and growth has now expanded into a thriving community committed to wholeness, purpose, and education for Black girls and women.

The room was filled with joy, laughter, and tears as women came together to celebrate the start of this next chapter. From heartfelt stories to powerful

moments of connection, the launch was more than an event—it was a reminder of what happens when we gather with intention and love.

Atlanta showed up, and we are so grateful. To every supporter, volunteer, and participant who made this day possible: thank you for believing in the mission of Dear Black Girl. Your presence affirmed that this city is ready for the work of healing, empowerment, and transformation.

But this is just the beginning. Through our programs, workshops, and educational initiatives, we are committed to walking alongside Black girls and women as they reclaim their stories, rediscover their power, and rise strong—in life, in school, and in community.

Atlanta, we’re here—and we’re here to stay. Together, we’re building a future where every Black girl is seen, supported, and unstoppable.
