Our Founder
Our Founder holds many titles ranging from Founder/CEO to Philanthropist. All of which is accompanied with great responsibility, however, the one that is most important to her is the title of Community Servant. Her commitment of serving the underprivileged and disenfranchised people throughout the United States is by way of Grassroots Foundation and Process Implementation.

Our Illustrious and Fearless leader has a unique way of connecting with those she encounters, not because of any particular power but because she used to be the very people she now serves, her moniker “Nothing about me Without me” reigns true! Once homeless, hopeless, formerly Incarcerated, a teenage mother, and having no Faith, she faced many if not the same adversities that she caters to, in her programs.

After running from the law for 5 years and walking away from a 22-year sentence, she was given the ultimatum by the presiding judge to continue what she had started and never return to his courtroom unless she was doing what he was about to do, which was to be a help to someone else in the way he was about to help her!
She has a unique and giving heart and doesn't mind coming down to your level or even getting down in the trenches with you. Her goal is to meet you where you are with no judgment and she’s willing to do whatever it takes, to help you create the stepping stones that make your milestones achievable.
